For candidates

Real federal roles. Real conversations. No spam pipeline.

If you have federal experience, an active clearance, or both, we want to know what work would actually move you. We don't blast resumes. We submit candidates only when there is a real fit.

Federal Group Talent Partners works with federal candidates as professional partners, not pipeline volume. Submit your background once and a recruiter follows up by name; we never auto-blast resumes. Cleared candidates have their clearance status verified through approved channels before submission; we never falsify clearance information. Candidates retain control over which submissions are made and to which firms.

For employers For candidates

Candidate intake

Submit your background once. A recruiter reviews and follows up by name. We never auto-blast resumes; submissions only happen with your explicit approval.

By submitting, you authorize Federal Group Talent Partners to review your background. We will not submit you to any employer without your explicit approval.

How we work with candidates

No auto-blast

We never auto-blast resumes to clients. Every submission is approved by you, in advance, for that specific firm.

Clearance integrity

Your clearance information is shared only with firms you approve. We never inflate your clearance level on a submission.

Real recruiters

A named recruiter follows up. You'll know who you're working with.

Privacy first

We don't sell candidate data. Your information stays inside Federal Group's systems and is used only for engagements you've approved.

Two ways to start.

If you have a position to fill, tell us about the role. If you have federal experience, tell us about your background. Same firm, two intake paths.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do you handle my clearance information?

Carefully and only with the verifications the cleared community accepts. We never publicly list cleared candidate names. We submit candidate clearance information to firms only after the candidate has approved the specific submission. We follow facility security officer (FSO) coordination on verification.

How is my clearance and personal information protected?

We treat candidate data carefully and never sell or share it. Clearance details are used only to match you to appropriate roles and are verified through approved channels, not passed around a database. We do not mass submit resumes.

Does working with Federal Group cost me anything?

No. Like other recruiting firms, we are compensated by the hiring employer, not the candidate. You are never charged to be represented or placed.

How does an interim clearance affect my placement?

An interim can let you begin a cleared role before your final adjudication completes, which employers value when a start date is fixed. We factor your interim or active clearance status into which roles fit you and how quickly you can start.

I have federal experience but no active clearance. Do I still qualify?

Often yes. Many roles sponsor clearances or value federal and mission experience directly, and a recently expired clearance can sometimes be reactivated within its inactive window. Submit your background and we will tell you honestly where you fit.

Will I be on a database that gets sold or shared?

No. We do not sell, share, or rent candidate data. Your information stays inside Federal Group's systems and is used only for the engagements you have approved.

How often will I hear from a recruiter?

When there is a fit, not on a calendar. Some candidates hear from us within days; some hear from us once a quarter; some hear when an executive role lands that matches their experience. We don't manufacture contact for the sake of contact.
